|  | Welcome from the PFO Co-Presidents Hello Interested Parents!
On behalf of the Parent Faculty Organization, welcome to the Pear Tree Point School community. Families come to Pear Tree Point School for many different reasons, all centered on the outstanding educational opportunities it will provide for their children. Something our families all share in common is how quickly their children feel comfortable and happy at school. Parents tell us it is the same for them as well. The Parent Faculty Organization hosts monthly meetings where you can get updates on noteworthy school news and meet other parents. By finding a project that fits with your interests and availability, you will soon feel connected. Volunteering to assist with book fairs, the scholarship fundraiser, pizza Fridays, mystery readers, outfitters, community service and art/drama are just some of the ways you can become involved. In fact, there are over seventy ways each year that parents can contribute their time and talents. Through this involvement, the children understand that there is a strong connection between home and school.
