The Pear Tree Point School Foundation, Inc. was established in 1996
to receive charitable, tax-deductible donations for a fund from
which financial assistance can be provided. Scholarships to Pear
Tree Point School are awarded annually to qualified applicants regardless
of race, color, national or ethnic origin or disability.

Application Procedure
The Pear Tree Point School Foundation is a member of the School
and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). Participation in SSS
allows review of financial information of scholarship applicants
in an objective and equitable manner to determine a family's ability
to contribute to the educational expenses of their child(ren) at
Pear Tree Point School. Applicants applying for scholarship assistance
for the 2008/2009 academic year will be required to complete the
Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) and to send the original directly

A
copy of the PFS and 2006 Federal Income Tax return with all schedules
should be forwarded to:

The
deadline for submitting the PFS is December 31, 2007. A copy of
the filed 2007 Federal Income Tax return with all schedules must
be submitted to the Foundation by April 15, 2008. Individual
scholarship awards for 2008/2009 are tentative, pending receipt
and review of the completed 2007 Federal Income Tax return.
All financial information will be held in the strictest confidence.
Late
applications for financial assistance will be considered depending
on the availability of scholarship funds.
